Returns Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of shipment for items that are unused and in their original sealed packaging.
• Non-returnable items: Hazardous materials, flammable items, and liquids.
• For sanitary and quality control reasons, all returned items must be unopened. We highly recommend purchasing samples to test with your additives before placing bulk orders.
• If we ship an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Shipping Policy

• Stock items ship within 1-4 days via USPS or UPS.
• Delivery times:
  
  • Orders with items 1 gallon or less: 2-8 business days.
  • Orders with items 5 gallons: 7-15 business days.
  • Orders with items 25 gallons or more: 10-35 business days.

Shipment Inspection

Before signing for delivery, inspect the package for any damage. If there are issues, ensure the delivery driver acknowledges them. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
